Traitor Joe Medium Dark Roast

Starting with a base of Sumatran, the ultimate bean for smooth flavorful dark roasts, we take that amazing bean and blend it while still green with our famous Colombian. We roast it just to oil development, letting the oils develop in the cooling tray and not in the drum so that there is no bitterness, very low acid and the results are fantastic.
