Utilizing the same green coffee as our Beloved Betsy Ross, we roast these amazing Colombian beans to a perfect medium roast. Bold, smooth chocolate, Stone fruit and black cherry undertones. Just like Betsy Ross the longer we roast it, the more the Chocolate and Cherry notes come shining through. This is the perfect cup of coffee that is very low in acid but a very bold, smooth finish.
